Leading up to now, we have only had co-working spaces on Levels 2 and 3 at 12 Pirie Street, Adelaide, SA 5000, now we are excited to announce that we will be opening our newly refurbished co-working space.
We have something exciting and new to show you at Spot and we want you and your team to be part of the GRAND OPENING of our new to the market budget friendly co-working suites at 12 Pirie St.
Our new space includes 12 separate offices which range from 2-person desk to 5-person desk suites, not to mention we do have our shared dedicated desk spaces especially for the solo worker! This new space has been fitted with state-of-the-art fixtures, finishes, and splashes of fun art containing stunning images of our beautiful Adelaide. With high end security CCTV and card access via auto door to ensure the safety and privacy of our tenants.

- Unlimited printing, scanning and photocopying in black and white and colour (including paper, toner, ink etc)
- Kitchenette and bathroom amenities (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, cupboard space, fridge space etc)
- Frequent networking community events for all Spot tenants (morning teas, Christmas parties, public holiday celebrations, etc)
- Cleaning of general areas (including bathrooms, kitchen, lounge space etc).
- 9am-5pm Concierge to assist you with general duties – these are located on Levels 2 and 3
