  • Offer available to new customers entering into a new corporate suite agreement on Level 2 or Level 3.

2. More Space! Only Pay for What You Need
  • Offer available to customers signing a new twelve (12)-month lease for five (5) or more desks.
    Eligible customers may be upgraded to a larger available suite at no additional rental cost, provided they pay only for the number of desks required.
  • Upgrades are subject to availability and may be offered in a shared-suite arrangement where appropriate.
  • The upgrade applies to the desk allocation only and excludes additional services, amenities, utilities, parking, and other charges.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
  • Standard Spot Co-Working lease terms and conditions apply.

3. Train or Work at Spot – Hot Desk on Us!
  • Offer available when a customer books a training room at Spot Co-Working.
  • The facilitator of the booked training session will receive complimentary hot-desk access for the day of the booking.
  • The complimentary hot desk is valid for one (1) facilitator per training room booking and is limited to the day of the scheduled session.
  • The offer does not include printing, meeting rooms, phone services, catering, or any other additional services.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
  • Subject to hot-desk availability and Spot Co-Working’s standard terms and conditions.

Terms & Condtions

The "Beat Any Genuine Quote" offer is provided by Spot Co-working, referred to as "us," "we," or "our" in these terms and conditions.

  1. The offer is valid for new customers only and is not applicable to existing or previous agreements.
  2. The offer is available for office suite quotes received within seven days of the quote request made to Spot Co-working. The quote must be a genuine quote, provided by a reputable coworking space provider or office rental company within Adelaide CBD, South Australia, and must be for an office suite of similar size, amenities and inclusions as those offered by Spot Co-working.
  3. The quote must be provided in writing, detailing the specific office suite and the price offered, including any discounts or promotions. The quote must be verifiable by Spot Co-working through the contact information provided.
  4. We will beat any genuine quote on an office suite by 10% for eligible 12 month lease agreements, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  5. The 10% discount applies only to the initial 12 months of the lease agreement and will not apply to any subsequent months. The lease agreement must be for a minimum of 12 months and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  6. The offer is subject to availability of office suites at Spot Co-working and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
  7. To take advantage of the "Beat Any Genuine Quote" offer, the customer must provide proof of the genuine quote and accept the lease agreement provided by Spot Co-working within 48 hours of the offer being made. Failure to do so may result in the offer not being applicable.
  8. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value or alternative.
  9. Spot Co-working reserves the right to refuse the offer or withdraw it at any time if we believe the customer is not acting in good faith or is attempting to take advantage of the offer unfairly.
  10. By taking up this offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
